The essence of the project is the construction of the plant for manufacturing blocks and individual construction units constituting a building object made of autoclaved aerated concrete with a capacity of 300,000 cubic meters a year on a land plot located 570 m to the northeast of the intersection of the roads "Gulkevichi – Maykopskoye – the North Caucasian Steel Construction Plant OJSC". It was commissioned in September 2015.
