Gulkevichi district of Krasnodar region presents a profitable investment project in the processing industry

The municipality offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a plant for the production of ready-made feeds for domestic animals.

Within the framework of the project it is planned to construct a two-storeyed building of the administrative block with a total area of 1,000 sq.m., production block of 2,500 sq/m/ for the release of dry, wet and preserved feed, building of warehousing premises with a total area of 400 sq.m.

The operating enterprise will produce 3,420 tons of ready-made feeds per year for the following category of consumers: shopping networks of Krasnodar region (including, zoo shops), owners of domestic animals of Gulkevichi and other districts of the region.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 129.35 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 100 new jobs.

A land plot of 64,609 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gulkevichi district, about 670 m from Mashevskiy village. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city –Sokolovskoe village" (1.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov city – Makhachkala city" is 0.3 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Gulkevichi city is 9 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 170 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Gulkevichi is 11 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 170 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 349 km.
