Gulkevichi district of the krasnodar region presents an investment project on constructing an exhibition hall

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement the project on constructing the exhibition hall in the city of Gulkevichi.

The construction of the exhibition center is expected to be organized in the municipal center within the presented investment project. The center will provide services for leasing the exhibition spaces, as well as organizing and conducting trade fairs, exhibitions and presentations as well. As a result, the exhibition center consisting of two exhibition pavilions of 550 and 350 square meters, two halls for seminars and training sessions of 80 and 100 sq. m. respectively will appear in the city. It is predicted that the center services will be in demand among the population of the Gulkevichi district and surrounding districts of the Krasnodar region as well.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 29.56 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and return on investment period is planned to be 3.5 years. Construction of the project will allow creating 5 new jobs.

A land plot of 2750 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the city of Gulkevichi on Leningradskaya street, beside the local road "Gulkevichi – Maykopskoye village" (2.3 km), in 12 km to the federal highway M-29 "Rostov – Makhachkala". The distance from the regional center Krasnodar is 165 km. The distance to the nearest Gulkevichy train station is 1.5 km.
