Gulkevichi district presents a project on the construction of a logistics center
The municipality offers to implement a promising investment project on the construction of a logistics center.
It is planned to accommodate a logistics complex near the settlement Novoukrainsky of Krasnodar region. It will include a storage facility, shops for primary treatment, freezing and packaging of fruit & vegetable products, administration & amenity building and technical facilities. It is also planned to refurbish the open parking areas of automobile, agricultural and special machinery, to equip maintenance stations and to commission a hotel and café. The center will provide an array of services on acceptance, handling, packaging and storage of commodities and cargo insurance and protection.
The estimated capacity of the center will make 900 sq.m. of dry storage and 3 600 sq.m. of cold storage for 1000 stock keeping units; dry storage area (groceries) for 360 pallet positions with 5-tier storage; cold storage area for 6528 pallet positions with 5-tier storage. The center services will be of demand among merchandizing chains, markets, small commercial enterprises of the district and the region, at large.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 387.97 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 177 new jobs.
A land plot of 94,718 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gulkevichi district, about 300 meters towards the south-west from the intersection of federal highway "Kavkaz" and roads Gulkevichi city – Novoukrainskoe village - Tbilisskaya district. The distance to the local road Gulkevichi city - Novoukrainskoye village is 0.08km. The distance to the federal highway М-29 "Rostov-Makhachkala" is 0.01 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Gulkevichi city is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 185 km.
