Gulkevichi district presents an investment project of the children’s entertainment complex
The Municipal Formation proposes to implement a promising investment project in the consumer sphere for the construction of the children’s entertainment center with a public catering facility.
It is proposed to construct a two-storey center with a total area of 3,600 square meters decorated in a fairytale castle in Gulkevichi within the project. A cafe with 30 seats, as well as a nurse’s office, a children’s 5D cinema with 10 seats, a children’s bowling, a room for the pre-school child development and a studio will be located on the ground floor. The "Q-Zar" laser attraction, a soft play maze, a race track, a children’s adventure playground with slides and "waiting" rooms will be located on the second floor. Several shops are also planned to be opened in the center. Children and adolescents of 2-16 years old and their parents will be main visitors of the center.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 29.76 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and return on investment period is planned to be 3 years. Construction of the project will allow creating 19 new jobs.
A land plot of 8 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the city of Gulkevichi, beside the local road "Gulkevichi – Maykopskoye village" (20 m), in 5 km to the federal highway M-29 "Rostov – Makhachkala". The distance from the regional center Krasnodar is 165 km. The distance to the nearest Gulkevichy train station is 1.5 km, and to the Krasnodar Airport is 165 km.
