The Gulkevichi district of Krasnodar region to present a project for the construction of a warehousing& public utilities building

The Municipality offers the investors to implement an investment project for the construction of a warehousing& public utilities building.

The project provides for the construction of a building where the advanced warehousing and office premises with a total area of 1,500 sq.m. (1,100 sq.m. – warehousing and 400 sq.m. – office premises) will be equipped. It is planned to equip thewarehousingpremises with high-altitude racking equipment and state-of-the-art hoisting machinery as well as automated management system "SEVCO-WMS". It is expected that the organizations and entrepreneurs of the Gulkevichi district will be using the services of the building. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 28.56 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 5 new jobs.

A land plot of 88,747.50 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krasnoselskoye urban settlement. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi ¾ Kropotkin" (13km), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov ¾ Makhachkala" is 14 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Gulkevichi city is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 177 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Kropotkin is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 177 km.
