It is expected to use the provided investment site with a purpose of constructing a five-storied apartment block in the city. 

The area of investment-attractive plot is 11,971 sq. m. The site is located in Gulkevichi city. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city ¾ Ventsy village ¾ Zarya village ¾ Otrado-Olginskoye village" (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Rostov ¾ Makhachkala" is 14 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 165 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Gulkevichi is 1 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 165 km.

The site is in the state property. At present time, the site is not used free from buildings.
