Gulkevichi district presents a project on the construction of a group of multi-storey residential houses

The municipal formation Gulkevichi district of Krasnodar region offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a group of multi-storey residential houses.

The purpose of the project is to erect multi-storey residential houses: three five-storey for 75 apartments, five five-storey for 120 apartments, seven three-storey for 12 apartments, five two-storey for 8 apartments. The total build-up area will make 11.53 thousand sq.m., area of completed housing – 51070 sq.m.

Residential accommodation will be sold to the residents of Gulkevichi district and community of neighboring districts of Krasnodar region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,279.47 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 4.5 years, and the return on investment period is 3.7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 11 new jobs.

A land plot of 18,034 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gulkevichi city. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city – Kropotkin city" (0.3km), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov city – Makhachkala city" is 1 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 165 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Gulkevichi is 1.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 165 km.
