Gulkevichi district presents a project on the construction of a logistics center

The municipality offers to implement a promising investment project on the construction of a logistics center.

The logistics center will consist of a warehousing building, workshops on primary processing, freezing and packaging of fruit & vegetable products, administration & amenity building, technical buildings & facilities. It is also planned to fit up open stations of automotive, agricultural and special equipment, to equip service stations and put a hotel and café into operation. The center will provide a whole range of services on acceptance, handling, packaging and storage of commodities and cargo insurance and protection. The services of the center will be of demand among merchandising chains, markets, small commercial enterprises of the district and region.     

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 371.92 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 177 new jobs.

A land plot of 94,718 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gulkevichi city. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city – Novoukrainskoye village" (0.08km), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov city – Makhachkala city" is 0.01 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Gulkevichi city is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 185 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Gulkevichi is 14 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 190 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 340 km.
