Gulkevichi district presents an investment project on the construction of service station in the municipal center

The municipality offers to implement a project on the construction of a service station in the city of Gulkevichi.

The purpose of the presented investment project is to build a service station for light motor cars for three posts with a tire repair area, automobile system diagnostics area and auto shop. The total area of the service station will make 290 sq.m., including: maintenance station for three posts and tire repair area – 28 sq.m. - each; automobile system diagnostics area – 28 sq.m.. auto shop – 150 sq.m., shopping space – 100 sq.m., warehousing premises – 50 sq.m. The consumers of the service station services will be car owners residing in Gulkevichi district.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 11.16 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 12 new jobs.

A land plot of 4,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gulkevichi city. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city – Kropotkin city" (50m), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov city – Makhachkala city" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 165 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Gulkevichi is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 165 km, and to the seaport of Novorossisk is 314 km.
