The Gulkevichi district of Krasnodar region to present a project for the construction of an office center

The Municipality offers to implement an investment project for the construction of a two-storied business & administration building (office center).

The project provides for the construction of an office-type public building with its subsequent leasing by the economic units of the municipal formation. Such type of services, as forecasted, will be of demand among the community of the Gulkevichi and neighboring districts of Krasnodar region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 27.6 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 7 years, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 17 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,845 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gulkevichi city. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi ¾ Kropotkin" (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov ¾ Makhachkala" is 11 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 165 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Gulkevichi is 0.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 165 km.
