The Gulkevichi district of Krasnodar region to present an investment project in the consumer sector for the construction of a public building
The Municipality offers the investors to implement a profitable project for the construction of a public building.
The project provides for the construction of an office-type public building with its subsequent leasing by the economic entities of the municipal formation. The total area of the building will be 900 sq.m., including office premises – 800 sq.m. The project is meant for the following consumer category: organizations and entrepreneurs of the Gulkevichi district, branches, divisions and subsidiary offices of regional organizations.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 8.82 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 5 new jobs.
A land plot of 1,043 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gulkevichi city. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city ¾ Sokolovskoe village" (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway М-29 "Rostov ¾ Makhachkala" is 3 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 165 km.
