The Gulkevichi district to present a large-scale project for the construction of five-storied residential houses
The Municipality offers the investors to implement a project for the construction of a group of five-storied residential houses; three 45-apartment, two 30-apartment and one 60-apartment.
The project provides for the construction of a group of five-storied residential houses in the city of Gulkevichi: one house for 60 apartments, two houses for 30 apartments and three houses for 45 apartments. The total area of ready-to-use housing will make 13,800 sq.m. It is planned to sell residential accommodation to the community of the Gulkevichi and neighboring districts of Krasnodar region.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 382.73 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 5 new jobs.
A land plot of 14,262 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Gulkevichi city. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi ¾ Kropotkin" (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway М-29 "Rostov ¾ Makhachkala" is 5 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 165 km.
